About Me
My name is Anna, and I look forward to welcoming you to the counselling room and getting to know you. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists, fully insured and hold an Enhanced D&BS certificate. I have experience helping individuals with generalised anxiety disorder, depression, loss, self-harm, panic attacks, and low self-esteem.
I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent individuals. Neurodivergence refers to variations in the human brain and cognition, for example, autism, dyslexia and ADHD. You may notice some errors in my spelling and grammar when communicating with me via text and email. This is because I am a neurodivergent individual with dyslexia and ADHD. If you have any difficulty understanding the messages I write, please feel free to ask for clarification. #Dyslexicthinking
