Welcome To My Counselling Room
Finding the right counsellor can be a daunting task. What is most important is finding someone you can be yourself with. I hope we will build a trusting relationship that will give you the space to heal.
What Services Do I Offer?
My counselling room provides a place to explore your feelings. To understand yourself more and experience self-worth. I provide person-centred therapy that aims to create a comfortable, safe place for you during difficult times. I support neurodivergent people with the pressures of living in a neurotypical world. I am a registered anxiety counsellor for Anxiety U.K. and a qualified bereavement counsellor working with loss in its many forms. My practice is a safe space for members of the LGBTQ+ community. I offer creative tools and interventions to nurture our therapeutic relationship.
Is Counselling Right For Me?
Sometimes life can be challenging. We all need a little help at different times in our lives. Coping with change on our own can feel overwhelming. Having the courage to seek help is a sign of strength and demonstrates you are ready to take the next step to a happier life.

My husband and I wanted to pass on our sincere thanks to Anna for guiding our son through these last couple of years. He really feels he now has the tools to keep anxiety at bay.
