Welcome To My Counselling Room
“Welcome to my counselling room. I provide person-centred support for adults and young people experiencing anxiety, stress, grief, or life changes. Together we can explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, non-judgmental space.”
I provide person-centred, integrative counselling for adults and young people aged 15+, supporting those experiencing anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, grief, or life changes. I also work with neurodivergent clients (ADHD, autism, dyslexia) and offer a safe, inclusive space for LGBTQ+ individuals. Sessions are available in-person, online, or by phone, and I use creative tools and tailored interventions to help you explore your feelings, build resilience, and achieve your goals.
What Services Do I Offer?
My counselling room is a safe, welcoming space to explore your feelings, understand yourself more deeply, and develop a stronger sense of self-worth. I offer person-centred therapy designed to support you during difficult times, including managing anxiety, stress, and emotional challenges.
I work with neurodivergent clients, helping those with ADHD, autism, and dyslexia navigate the pressures of living in a neurotypical world. I am a registered anxiety counsellor with Anxiety U.K. and a qualified bereavement counsellor, experienced in supporting people through loss in its many forms.
My practice is a safe space for members of the LGBTQ+ community, where you can be fully yourself and feel understood. I also use creative tools and interventions to nurture our therapeutic relationship and help you explore your thoughts and feelings in different ways.
Is Counselling Right For Me?
Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, and we all need a little help at different times. Coping with anxiety, stress, or significant change on your own can be exhausting. Seeking support is a sign of strength and shows that you are ready to take steps toward greater wellbeing.
Counselling can provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings, understand yourself more deeply, and develop tools to manage anxiety and other challenges. It’s about giving yourself permission to be heard, supported, and guided as you work toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
